Fiskateers - Spring Stamp Out - Day 3

Three more projects:

Countdown 3, 2, 1 Challenge:

Directions - For this challenge you need to use: 3 embellishments, 2 stamps, and 1 punch to create any project your heart desires, but you can't use more than what is listed except cardstock or patterned paper.

Color Me Vibrant Challenge:

Directions - Spring is in full swing, flowers are blooming, summer's on it's way, so let's brighten up the color palette. Create a stamped project using bright, vibrant colors.

Shop Your Stash Challenge:

Directions - Do you have something in your stash that's still in the package, maybe still in the bow or bag it came home in? Now's the time to open up that new goodie and use it.

Tag You're It Challenge:

Directions - Tags can be used in so many ways; on a layout, on a card, as a gift tag, or even folded as a small card. Use your stamps to decorate a tag of any size.

Numbers and Letters Challenge:


Directions - Grab those number and alphabet stamps, paper, or even embellishments with letters or numbers on them to create a project. Make sure there's some stamping on your project.

Fiskateers - Spring Stamp Out - Day 1

Today is the start of the fiskateers Spring Stamp Online Crop. I haven't had much time to participate but it is only the beginning. 

Below is the challenge I attempted thus far. 

Black and White Challenge:

Directions - It's a classic! Using just black and white create a stamped project. No other colors allowed. Working with limits brings on creative solutions like texture and layers.

What is a hop without a little candy incentive?

On The Red Carpet Challenge - Day 10

I enjoy participating in challenges every now and again. Today's card is the result of a challenge presented by a fellow fisk-a-teer in honor of the Academy Awards.

The Challenge: Inspiration for the project must come from one of the red carpet outfits. I chose this lovely lady to model my card after:

Simple and elegant with a big red bow. Also, if you look really hard you will see she has a bedazzled clutch which is why I added the jewels on the corners of my card.

Fisk-a-teering

This weekend I enjoyed my first ever all day crop. I spent it with some Fisk-a-teer friends! Pictures include a Make and Take that I accomplished throughout the 13 hour scrap-o-poloosa.

Make and Take Project:

To start off I dabbed paint on the top to create a textured finish and sprayed a form of ink to create the purple color. Once dry, I borrowed my wonderful sister-in-law's Old World paper pack and cut off two sheets and angled them on the front. Attaching two brads adjacent to eachother. Next I used glitter glue to dot the inner edge with a copper color to add a little more flavor to the mix.
