A Smidgen of Geekdom

I am a wee bit geeky. (Okay okay, maybe a lot!) I am truly excited for the Avengers release on May 4th. Counting down the days!

I have my shirt ready to go but decided I needed a little crafty addition to my ensemble.

So..... I created these:

They are super easy!

Step 1: Cut four circles (in the appropriate sizes and colors) out of cardstock.
Step 2: Punch a star using Fiskars star punch.
Step 3: Glue together.
Step 4: Poke a hole in the top and feed the earring piece through.
Step 5: ENJOY!!

Supplies:
  • Round 'n Round Punch (Fiskars)
  • Star Punch (Fiskars)
  • Circle Cutter (Fiskars)
  • ModPodge
  • Fabri-Tac
  • Cardstock
  • Earring Hooks

Mixed Media Fun...

Spring has brought out my crafty spirit and in response, I decided to have a little fun and create a couple mixed media projects. Vibrant colors were a must! :)

    Headboard

I have had an old window sitting around for a little over a year. Finally, I completed the project.

It only took 3 easy steps.

Step #1: Buy headboard and lace
Step #2: Cut and Modpodge lace onto glass
    Step #3: Hang

    Simple and cute.
